i have a twisted nylon rope, about 50ft with 3/8in thickness and a 280lb working load (more than double my own weight) and i just wanna make sure i know how to make it work. help with how to execute would be appreciated

check the partial hanging guide , if the rope stretches too much you might not wanna use it
