Venting No one sees your pain and sadndess until it turns to anger

I have such an incredible amount of sadness inside of me, though most of the time I feel numb.
Sometimes all this pain and sadness starts boiling up inside of me.
I get angry and have voilent thoughts, about killing myself or destroying everything around me and everything I love.
My life feels literally like there is a rainy cloud above my head at all times. Theres only grey.
I'm suffering rn once again, for reasons I do not know exactly.

Think you're absolutely right. Think most people don't REALLY care about anything until it starts affecting them.

The whole sadness to anger thing reminded me of the line from the 'Joker' film someone quoted in another thread the other day: (sorry, can't remember who)

'What do you get when you cross a mentally-ill loner with a society that abandons him and treats him like trash!? I'll tell you what you get: You get what you fucking deserve!'

Honestly, I find anger the worst emotion to deal with because I don't know what to do with it. Sometimes exercise helps to try and release it but if it's happening a lot to you, I'm sorry- that must be awful.
