When I ever decide to exit this plane, I prefer to go out through nitrogen asphyxiation. I figured out a way to connect a nitrogen cylinder to a medical oxygen regulator through an adapter then to a non rebreather mask. The idea is that the non rebreather mask will only allow me to take in pure nitrogen, and not intake any other gas. Which should lead to a painless death.

I just wanted to know if their are any flaws to using a non rebreather mask and what could be a better alternative.

All I can tell you is The Peaceful Pill Handbook recommends a bag instead of a mask, saying an exit bag is best for this method. It warns that with masks, the fit is hard to get right without any leaks, and that the face may move in unpredictable ways during the process, displacing the mask, causing gaps & leaks. In addition to that, @SadCryingBunny recently did some tests with a scuba mask and nitrogen that didn't go very well, and he is now planning to use an exit bag.

Yeah I guess that's a good point, though I haven't found a good tutorial on how to make an exit bag. Am not good at making things through reading written instructions and am scared I would mess things up. So please recommend me any sources that I can check visuals or video preferably that give a comprehensive way of making one.

CPAP mask…?
No its a non rebeather mask it's to take in air one way from the nitrogen cylinder, and not from the outside world. A CPAP mask works differently but may not work for this case.
