Any knowledge or experience with this?

I've read reports stating that some amounts of tobacco concentrated by being boiled for longer amounts of time definitely can kill if ingested. There was also a case of a man who drank liquid nicotine for e-cigarettes and died. I understand that most readily available liquids aren't concentrated enough, but if researched it could be possible to obtain the stronger versions.

Most shop bought nicotine is weakish. In uk it's 18mg per ml max.
But you can order high power versions. 10 grams drank will kill anybody fast. Look up the symptoms.
