Same with California, it's because of death's caused by the chemical that have got the parents of the deceased loved ones asking law makers to impose such laws. I mean can I blame them, I would be devastated too if such a thing happened to my loved one, at the same time, I understand people who use this forum seeking to acquire SN. All around it's a difficult situation.
