Nembutal death but not ruled suicide

If only we could all be politicians and able to pull strings. This guy killed himself with N and nowhere on his death certificate or internet stories is it called suicide. They act like he overdosed on a sleeping medication, as if N is still prescribed for that!

According to the Massachusetts medical examiner's office, Joyce died of acute pentobarbital intoxication.

Obviously, this is a clearly a suicide case.
To have an accident taking or using sodium pentobarbitol is hard to believe.

he was being prosecuted in federal criminal court for corruption....he may have been given an option to drink n or suffer other.....note the very end it says n commonly prescribed in the early 1900s
