Hi all! I hope you are all coping well today! Im going to peru soon and im worried about vommiting so i got some AE. Im unsure however if i should have something to eat beforehand? Some say empty stomach some say barely empty to prevent vomiting what would you do if you were me?

Dont go 100% empty stomach, have a slice of toast 1 hour before as the protocol say and thats all.
