Help Need help with Voicemeeter

I want to setup voicemeeter to stream system-wide audio and mic input to VBAN receptor app on my IPhone without losing that audio on my wired headphones connected to my PC. I have no idea on how to do this and couldn't find a guide. If anyone knows please help.
