N and diabetes

I have friend who has diabetes and she has a sickness I don't know the proper name, that she doesn't absorbe the nutrients properly and she plans to CTB with N (18g) through the vein but she's scared it's not gonna work because of her health.. does someone knows about any case that relates to this?

my gut is saying it will work because N is used in a lot of right to die organizations and most of those people have chronic illnesses so I feel like it should be okay?

Just curious, did your friend enter some kind of program to get N? Not trying to source, it just rarely pops up. They're sure it's real?
