N and alcool

I plan to CTB with N. My only problem is I am taking 20mg olanzapine which make my CTB with this method harder. I will try to taper off but I am afraid I won't be able as I have strong anxiety disorder... I plan to go with domperidone regimen (15mg each 8 hour then 30mg last dose). I read that alcool can enhance N's effect. How much should I drink? My guess is not to much as I don't want to throw up. Any advice would be nice...
