The way that I see it, it's a personal decision deciding what to do, none of us are obligated to continue existing here, it's up to the individual. But anyway I wish you the best.

It depends on what you truly wish to have. I think that if you're thinking about not dying over your sister in the first place, she probably means an awful lot to you. So much that it's preventing your thoughts to take action (ctb). She brings you happiness & warmness, Could you imagine a world without her? At the end it's really up to you, only you know the answer, and I know you got this. Stay strong & have a lovely day x

you are one of few lucky ones who has someone in real life you can share what you feel.
you have someone who loves you and you love her.
ultimately it is your decision for your current life situation and the future can be. to answer your post below are my thoughts...

- first as you have someone to think with you should take that help to figure out if there are reasonable paths to recovery. you should exhaust all those paths. (yes, easily said than done)

- if your sister just cannot really help your situation, you should figure a way to let her loose from the situation (fake recovery or something like that and note that explains why she could not have done anything else). you do not want to take up her energy that she could rather use to grow in her life. also letting her loose will make her feel less guilty that she should have done more.

- try your best to not be impulsive and figure/plan things out.

I wish you the best in finding the path to your peace.
