This is gonna be pretty out there, but I don't think your soul is dead, your mind may be broken, and this is blocking your soul from shining through. The mind and body are just that, physical objects the soul on the other hand, is completely separate from them, our soul is just hiding from the abuse it receives from the mind. Once we go, our souls will be set free, and we can finally breathe.

I don't know where my mind went. It's like I've regressed.I agree. I feel like I have already died but this body is still alive.

It won't be easy, it will probably be the hardest thing I've ever done. I don't feel like I have much choice though.

Mine has already died more than 10 years ago. The last decade of my life was just a fruitless attempt to better my life and further disappointing myself as well as the people around me. My life is just a joke really.
