I have an extremely high metabolism that causes my liver to process things hyper-fast (because of some enzyme or something idk) so I need higher doses of medicines to feel things and it's also very hard for me to gain weight.

luckily, this wouldn't make any person immune to ctb but it could still affect my SN protocol.

Are there any adjustments I have to make to the dose of SN i take? Or does the ppeh recommended dose high enough that it would be impossible to survive?

I assume you weigh less than 100 kg, in that case 25g SN is definitely enough, alongside the rest of the medication in the protocol.
But I am not experienced with meds and I also have a very high metabolism. Thats why I´ll test the meds before, especially my Diazepam, to know how fast it affects me.

is this confirmed by a doctor? if so, it's definitely out of the scope of SaSu and you should consult a professional

the dosage of SN is mainly based on weight, rather than anything else. like @naookoo128 said, assuming you weigh less than 100kg, 25g should be enough. supplementary medications though might change based on metabolism.

it is confirmed by a doctor.

Confirmed by testing, actually.

The enzyme in particular speeds up metabolism for opioids and psychedelics, but it also net speeds up almost anything I eat/drink/take as well.

(very colloquial language; I'm just borrowing from what I remembered the doctor told me. But a metabolism for everything is definitely confirmed atm)

I am 120 pounds, so that would be 54 kg.
I wanted to assume that ppeh would have thought of people like me or people with metabolic conditions, and that they chose 25 g as a net calculation for everybody that's so high above the threshold it's guaranteed.
It's just that it's not "oh I have a fast metabolism" I need a double dose of almost everything to feel normal effect. But that's "feel" vs. "death" so while something may make me not feel anything it could definitely cause damage.

sn is not a drug and is not intended for leisure or medical use so I imagine I will definitely still feel something lol. But given this description and it being kind of extreme, I didn't know whether there were any other steps or adjustments. I had to take, but it sounds like I was right and 25 g is more than enough.
