That makes me feel like shit. I was already so fucked up due to my other problems and now that happens. I guess no suicidal should ever date a girl to don't get hurt and end up in a worse situation.

Block her and try to keep as far away as possible from her toxicity.
Try to replace the habbit/addiction of browsing social media and maybe find a new hobby, like movies, videogames or reading.

Everything is ephemeral in this world. Her temporary obsession with a new man does not mean it will last forever. Once she will have to delete all her pics and start posting cats. And I agree with @Darkhaven, scrolling social media will make you feel worse inevitably, you will see all those pictures with demonstratively happy and successful people and take it as truth. Every time I open Instagram, I feel depressed. You will never know what problems people face behind the scene, you will believe in what you see.
