Venting My dog died this past friday and now I'm scared of death

Pretty much my whole life I've either been indifferent to death or actively desired it but ever since my dog passed away I've been terrified of dying. But, it's not like this fear has made me want to stay alive either, now I mostly just regret having been born. Death being inevitable has honestly made kind of resent my parents for bringing me into this life in the first place

Jules. He was always so happy and energetic, he still acted like a little puppy at 10 y/o. The vet said she was surprised he was still running around the way he was when he was already suffering from a pretty serious disease... I really miss him
