[Manic Panic]

I feel a need for connection but I'm also so afraid of people. I have ptsd involving people so it's always hard to make actual relationships.
I'm afraid I'll hurt them if I ctb one day and that they'd follow after. Is that a valid reason to not make new friends irl anymore and just make friends online ?

I think you should still allow yourself to make friends irl as you deserve to have friends irl and online <3 As for not wanting them to follow you, you can't really control that sadly

Friendships are still worth it. Even if you don't let 'em all the way in, it's pretty dope to have some people to goof off with. As far as if they'd follow you.... tbh I think if someone else follows someone to the grave, they were probably going to do it sometime anyways.

Baby Steps…
Start out by making friends online who supports you and helps being strongest and best version of yourself.
They will encourage you for the real world which will eventually boost your confident.
You'll be ready to make friends irl.
You'd still have the trust issues bcs of the past but with new friends and their support you'd overcome that easily.
One day, you'd look back and realise how far you've come and how strong you've become as a person.

One more thing i'd like to say to you and to all the people like us;
Never feel ashamed or embarrassed to seek help.
From friends , family , partners or even your foes.

One just wasn't born by themselves , so it's insane to think that one would get by in life by themselves.
