I'm back here after 4 years. Will have my SN on my doorstep in a few days. But there are two sides to me - one that wants to keep going and one that doesn't. Neither side has a strong opposition to the other.

Exercise helps. Maybe temporary but it helps. So I'll get those $200 running shoes tomorrow. I'll have my heart checked by a doctor. I'll book a counseling session on Friday and visit my old college, they have a good place to run. I'm relatively young, there's so much that should keep me excited, but loneliness is a curse and the brain is an asshole. I hope I get myself back.

Hi,
It sounds really good. You've earned the shoes. I see that there is still a flame in you, but of course also the other side. I'm glad you do activities like this, sports help me too. Please reconsider whether ctb is the right decision. I appreciate you as a human and I think you can still do and achieve a lot that will perhaps fulfill you. I really mean it.
Good luck.
