Venting Mixed Feelings

i feel like i know theres stuff in store for me, i know things will get better, but i don't have the energy to wait that long or to thug it out anymore. i hate pity being taken on me, but i just don't know what to do. i seem to run everybody off, then i get really mean and shit when i am alone. then slowly open up one day. cycle repeats and i get meaner and even more full of this venom that just makes me angry. idk i just want help but don't have the energy to get it
