method for obnoxiously lazy person

Hi I'm miserable and have wanted to ctb for months now blah blah blah BUT I've failed 2 past suicide attempts for reasons that boiled down to being too lazy to actually do them right. and every method I've read about here sounds so hard. The only easy one I have heard of requires a firearm of which I am banned from owning for 4 more years and I don't know anyone who has one. Is there anything I can do that doesn't require a chemistry set or tons of prep and equipment and a special space? I desperately want to ctb but I can't do much beyond getting out of bed.
