Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

Hey! This thread is gonna be completely inspired by @MatiSendiri and you can view their (sorta active) thread here:

https://sanctioned-suicide.net/threads/medication-substance-thread.215670/

I wanna start this as I have kinda gone on this zoning spree of making detailed posts about a variety of seemingly random questions. I don't necessarily have a limit to anything just mainly sticking to anatomical, psychological, or logistical questions. I will try my best to as thoroughly as possible answer any question you may have and I'll let you know if I can't find much.

I also want to preface I am not a doctor and don't take any sort of medical schooling this is purely my interest in the field and is almost a sort of hobby in a sense.

This is so cool of you to do and I appreciate you doing this for the community. 😊✨

I already posted my question for Mati recently. But if I don't get an answer, I'll repost it here too.

I do have a morbid curiosity. If I die by SN, can my body still donates organ? 🤔 I've always wanted to do good after my passing and this is one way. But I'm not sure if it's viable seeing as oxygen is deprived from the organs and in a very rapid rate.

Thanks in advance for any info!

Hi, thank you so much for taking the initiative to make this post. I'm currently having a question about my medication. I've been put back on Concerta for ADHD (I think it's called "Ritalin" in America), and I'm experiencing the same thing I did before: the effect lasts for more than 12 hours and causes insomnia. I also did something stupid: I took 18 mg in the morning and another tablet around 4 pm. Why did I do this when you're only supposed to take one in the morning? Because I felt great in the morning, but after lunch I started feeling a bit tired (which is normal, since I woke up at 5 am).

The thing is, that was yesterday, and it's already afternoon today. The problem is, I've barely slept. My watch says I've only slept about two hours, even though I was awake for about 29 hours. I've had chest tightness and noticed my blood pressure and pulse rising, but I'm feeling better now. I'm also prescribed olanzapine, which I understand is the complete opposite of the other medication.

My question is, if I take the lowest dose now (2.5 mg), will it be able to counteract the effects of Concerta and will I finally be able to sleep? Or this is not recommended at all? Thank you very much.
