TL;DR: While I'm still forced to stay alive, the anxiety/suffering is paralyzing. I'm wondering how other members help their suffering when they're NOT about to ctb, yes including drinking or pills.
Don't worry; this isn't a thread asking for advice on how to die or how to get over SI.
I have almost everything I need ready and I want to do it ASAP.
but while waiting to get that last thing I need (a place I can be not found to do sn) I am nearly paralyzed with anxiety.
I don't want to go on anymore and that's why.
But I need to get this one last thing done and I can't have anxiety blocking me.
Obviously, this isn't some goody two-shoes clinic or trying to recover so throw all your suggestions at me on how you get over suicidal agony when you have to without dying temporarily.
do you drink? Do you listen to music? do you use benzos? do you hit a pen?
anything that works, but especially anything if you have chest pain like me. I have had ongoing stress for so long whenever I get anxious, I can feel the stabbing pains in my heart. I've probably developed some heart issue because of it. So if you experience that too, and have found a way to manage that, definitely let me know.
