Benzodiazepine (i will use flunitrazepam, best benzo in my opinion, it kills every feeling in me)

Alcohol, meditation, starvation + dehydration (not sure but maybe), and certainly music to set the mood (music will vary between people)

Maybe shoot a gun at target a few times to get used to handling it. If you decide to shoot yourself be careful of taking drugs as that could mess up your aim. I heard of that happening once.
