I think what's really cruel about this life is that it doesn't even matter no matter how much we're even trying to be 'positive, optimistic, or hopeful'. The only thing that matters/most important/urgent & basic is just *HOW* can we solve each our own problems in life.

The universe doesn't care about what we feel (our feelings/emotions etc2 dsb2). It's simply just whether we can survive, or die.

If we can't survive, then we'll die.

Again, I've always repeated this: Life is simple, yes, but Life is *depressingly* simple (hence that's why all those "Philosophical Pessimism" such as: antinatalism, efilism, promortalism, extinctionism, depressive realism, gnosticism, & even nihilism)

I guess it's paradoxical? Life is BOTH complex AND simple at the same time? Complex, as you've just mentioned above. But also simple, because like I've said before, life is mostly just only about survival (for most/a lot of people, not counting/except the lucky ones who can live BEYOND survival, to live their dreams, be the happiest version of themselves, fulfilling all their visions & idealisms & dreams, successful, famous, wealthy/rich, fulfilled, changed the world, making big impacts & influences, etc2). The rest of humanity is just only a mere cog in a machine. Average ordinary joe of common, ordinary, normal people (normies), with all their average, insignificant lives. in the grand scheme of things. It's depressing really, when you really think deeply about it.

Life is ridiculously complex when you break it down—biology, psychology, society, history, the universe itself. But at its core, for most people, it's just survival: eat, sleep, work, repeat. The "lucky ones" get to escape that cycle and chase something bigger, but even they are bound by the same fundamental needs.

And yeah, most people are just cogs in a machine. Not everyone gets to leave a legacy, change the world, or even have a truly fulfilling life. For a lot of people, existence is just... maintenance. That realization can be incredibly depressing—seeing how small and replaceable you are in the grand scheme of things, how little control you really have.

life is irrelevant in the grand scheme of things
