The battle between my deep desire ti ctb and my surprisingly strong SI pretty much ripped me apart yesterday.

Going to take my antianxiety meds so I can doze through todsy and regroup.

I completely understand. I know insomnia puts me into a SI state. Sleeping definitely helps. I hope you feel better, and welcome to the forum. :heart:
