itll be like inhaling nitrogen but dying with a high. The problem is getting a tank is almost impossible to obtain.

I've heard that most of the time when they fill the tank it's not pure helium and that now they cut the product with other to work as a filler. I wouldn't bet my hand on it, but it's a thing I should probably look more into.

The problem is getting a tank is almost impossible to obtain.

This has been kicked around as a gigantic balloon (or huge garbage bag-like "tents") and filling it/them with 100s of cartridges.

And, using a cartridge (or 3) to swoon and fall from a great height.
