When others say that, I always tell them that their feelings are valid. Nevertheless, when reading about others' struggles, I can't help but feel guilt.

Same here. Everyone here has horrible pasts and injuries that give them no choice but to ctb, while I'm here with a traumatic childhood, with simple anxiety and an overthinking mind, unsure if what I feel is real or not, and whether I want to go or not.
