This is my last chance.
I've already been on prozac, sertraline, venlafaxine, desvenlafaxine, bupropion, mirtazapine, quetiapine, risperidone, diazepam, alprazolam, clonazepam...

In addition to the attempts at a chemical solution, you may want to add experimentation with exercise,meditation, diet, and nutrition.

You might want to find the documentary "Medicating Normal" (I think it is on Youtube) that talks about how some medications can cause problems more than fix them. I don't know if this has happened to you, but getting as much information as possible might help you discover something that could help.
