I legit just want to give up and CTB. I'm an alcoholic and yes I've tried many things to help stop…..I also have kids but because of my alcoholism their dad won't let me see them which I get. So really I'm just ready to cbt…..what's the fastest and easiest.? I was thinking of using a cord, making it into a noose and in the closet.?
