Does anyone else feel fear looking at their old pictures, specially videos?
I just watched an old video of me on my birthday and I felt a wave of fear in my stomach. Perhaps it shows what I once was and what I could have been if life didn't come to this. I just can't do anything to better my life, I feel paralysed. I feel like my brain doesn't work in the same way as before I don't know how to say it.
I was once full of potential and hope, it's so scary looking at my reflection in the mirror now. I can't believe it's the same face. My body and this world, nothing feels like mine. I live in constant fear.
I just have nobody to say this to.
