So I copped a 20 bag of F. How much will it take to ctb and how much will it take to get high? I want to know so that whatever I decide it won't be a fuck up.
If you are just trying to get high, pick another drug other than Fentanyl, it takes very little to kill. If you intend to CTB, it works.
If it is just gel from a patch, it will not have the full potency.
If that is pure Fentanyl and uncut, you are dead if you take it all at once.

Have you a tolerance to opiates? I tried with F patches but sadly underestimated my tolerance and just ended up high as a kite

As others have said, if it's pure only 3-5mg should be enough. You won't ever know this without testing it though. If you plan to CTB with it then taking all of it nasally is probably your best bet.
If you decide to get high with it then you should be extremely careful as it's extraordinarily potent.The safest way to get an accurate dosage is to first to weigh it all with mg scales and dissolve the total amount in a specific amount of water to get an accurate dosage.
For example if the total amount is 20mg dissolved in 400ml of water you'll know 1ml = 50ug (which is a strong but safe dosage, always better to start even lower though!)
