Do you have any of the recommended items to prevent vomiting? I know they can often be hard to come by.

Sorry. It does seem likely you would vomit without any preemptive measures in place. Fasting would help somewhat, but still won't affect the SN/water you consume.

Yeah, I know what you mean. I didn't even bother trying to find any antiemetics because I knew I wouldn't be able to. I've been throwing up for years so I guess I could get used to the idea. Still sounds pretty awful to have to go through that before our exit, but it's gotta be outweighed by life's suffering at least.

vomiting is unpleasant, but the pain of living is many many times worse than this...

I'm worried about this too. I have IBS so my stomach already pretty much hates everything that goes into it. I don't imagine salty ass, literal dead sea water will be real pleasant for my already cursed GI tract.

From the other accounts I've read, it seems like the majority of people vomit even if they take an antienemic or other dopamine blockers. I do wonder if some of these cases are caused by failure to take Propranolol, which would potentiate the SN and lead to a shorter period of consciousness.

I am still scared, because I absolutely loathe vomiting and it brings back many terrible memories. However, I am going to take as much as I can of the supplementary medications when my time comes, so hopefully my French exit will be as peaceful as possible and I will not vomit while conscious.

I'm ok with vomiting too. I was bulimic many years ago. Hopefully I won't vomit it all and enough will get absorbed into my bloodstream. I don't have access to anti emetics unfortunately.

I ended up with an anti-emeteic (to prevent vomiting) without intending to. It's called Odansetron. I was having some nausea in the morning...not vomiting...and asked my doc for something to help with it. And he prescribed Odansetron, which I read later is an anti-emetic. Maybe that could work for you, too.
