I feel like nothing actually. Its my birthday obviously no wishes but i didnt actually crave any birthday wishes i just crave death i have nothing much to even say to be quite honest i just want to die its as simple as that so my birthday wish is well you can guess it. I wanna cease to exist. Life really sucks so much doesnt it

You don't have to force yourself to do something extra special. But maybe you could plan some simple pleasures since it's a special day. Like picking up a coffee and doughnut or getting a slice of cake.
