Discussion Is this time table good enough for SN?

01:00 take 10mg of meto

07:00 take 20-30mg of meto
08:00 take SN

BTW the numbers don't mean the exact time on the clock. Just means 00:00 is when I will start counting the 8 hours of fasting and the meal mentioned will most likely be supper
