Is Tagament and Zofran sufficient for SN method tonight?

I have all materials but only have zofran and tagament. I want to go tonight I think, responses are deeply appreciated!

Are you still here? I'm sorry my if response is too late and you've already attempted. Tagament is tagamet? Are you thinking about overdose? I want you to know before you do this that overdose rarely works. And it will end up in a failure, potential organ damage, terrible experience in the psych ward, hospital fees and emotional damage. I gently encourage you to reconsider.

Pretty sure the question is is zofran a good medicine to prevent vomiting and is tagament a good antacid. I only have zofran so I'll be going with that, but obviously with SN and benzos.

Zofran is a good choice. There are many successful instances with it. One of the PPH 2025 recommendations.

There are two recommended anti-emetic drugs that should be taken together: Metoclopramide (Maxolon) and Ondansetron (Zofran). Metoclopramide is prescription-controlled but it can also be purchased without a script from online pharmacies. On- dansetron (Zofran) increases relaxation, suppresses vomiting, and enhances the effect of the metoclopramide. See the Chapter on 'Supplementary Drugs' for futher information.

On the other hand the guide says antacid is no longer advised. However it would not ruin the protocol even if it's taken.

There has been debate about the importance of lowering stomach acid (in order to lessen gastric nitric oxide production with the associated drop in blood pressure)vis avis allowing more nitrite to be directly absorbed into the blood from the small intestine.

However, the benefit (in terms of potentiation) of taking an antacid such as Mylanta, an H2-antagonist such as Cimetidine or a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) such as Nexium, cannot be clearly established. This is no longer advised.

I am still here. I've went in circles almost attempting and backing out last second due to me not wanting to make God upset with me. I barricaded my door and got everything ready, didn't eat for two days everything. I don't want to keep backing out. I don't know how to work this website well so I'm sorry I didn't see anything until now or respond to messages
