If your SN is clean, you fast for an appropriate amount of time, you don't vomit immediately, and you don't call the services, it will most likely be effective.

Lately I've kinda been obsessed with the SN method. Reason is because no one really has a straight forward answer to how it feels. So just wondering is there anyone on here who has actually taken it, passed out, went unconscious, but still made it back? And if so can you please let me know...

You have to use probably atleast 15g and not vomit too much.
