Help is partial hanging on a closet door wise?

would it work if i tied a rope to my closets door and partially hung? would it be possible for the closet to fall on me or for the door to break off? and what if my SI acts up?

This is the method I've been trying. I find it to be really good for SI at the beginning, because you know you can opt out if you want in the middle of it. Obviously I'm still alive, though. So…

Maybe the metal bar inside the closet, where you hang your clothes, is more stabil. But test if it can hold your weight first
