Discussion Is it safe to purchase 1,4b online?

I live in the U.S. and some states like California are getting strict with on the butanediol. I don't live in California. Amazon has the chemical from Indiana Chemicals LLC. I don't know about them. I'm not sure how to go about looking up laws in my state on this...I tried to research the law but couldn't find much. On Ebay store it sold the chemical from a vendor from Europe. I'm definitely afraid of importing it. I want to ctb peacefully but I don't want to get in trouble and have it seized.

Butanediol is only a precursor, in fact it's often used as an industrial solvent so you could get away with ordering it for "industrial" use.
I would look very carefully into the reliability of this method to CTB
