I compress my neck by tightening a cord and knotting, from sides, front and back. No matter where, when I apply pressure I inevitably hit trachea and start feeling bad. How can I avoid trachea?
I understand that it's very dangerous to mess with carotid arteries. I may end up alive with brain damage, stroke etc. This is why I apply light pressure. But even slight pressure hits trachea
I also tried a wide ratchet strap instead of thin cord. It's a soft elastic rubber with a simple locking mechanism. Although it was more comfortable, it didn't help.
Should I use something thick as a padding in both sides of neck? I fear socks won't be enough - they are too thin. What else I can use?
