I have spent about a week now where i didn't uttre a single word to anyone for the past 2 weeks including my family i don't think it is normal to be isolated for this long

Does your family attempt to talk to you though? I've had some depressed moments where I haven't even wanted to reply to anyone, even my family members, for days but I haven't ever had that last for 2 weeks.

Do you want to talk to someone and avoid it or do you just not feel the need to start a conversation? I do not feel the need to talk so I rarely start conversations. I will chat if someone talks to me first, however.Similar threads
