Online doctors /Online pharmacies. AE's aren't that dangerous in most cases and are not addictive, so they should be obtainable... Otherwise try doctor shopping. Where in the world do you live ? I have a contact in my town here who has access to the DN and can purchase different prescription drugs there. Maybe you can do so too.
