The amount of rope is fine, if you can choose a better material than nylon (it stretches and has more elasticity*), such as polyester or polypropylene would be better.

* If your anchor point isn't very high, that will be a problem, because when you apply your weight, that type of rope material (nylon) will stretch more and you'll end up lower than you planned.

If it's a single braided rope, it will be easier to tie the knots with it.

Would it be okay if the rope is from outside polyester and inside its nylon?

It is a double braided rope, constructed with two materials together (braided inner core: nylon / braided outer cover -jacket-: polyester), it has low stretch.

Article:
• The polyester jacket keeps the stretch down and allows the rope to maintain excellent abrasion resistance.

• The inner and outer braids are generally designed to share the load equally with very low elongation.

I think it's high enough, my only concern is that the rope won't hold my weight. But I'm short and weigh 50kg, I think everything will be fine.
