Insulin Reliability

Hello, I am posting this hoping to find information regarding insulin overdose as a method. I've been researching a bit but it's hard to find information with regards to it being intentional. I was hoping someone who knew more would know information about it? Like in context of the non methods that should not be attempted post.. I would really appreciate knowing what is what.
