I have seen many podcastsfeaturing this expert doctor Anna Lembke. This is by far the most in-depth and most well explained one I've ever seen. It's a must watch. It really explains how our brains are not wired for modern society. Which does explain why we are having mental health issues at higher and higher rates as society continues to "advance."

It definitely educated me about addiction and motivation. Good watch. Will be helpful in cutting nicotine, and to get some less exciting things done.
I don't think it's applicable to mental health issues across the board.

With a famous youtube face, a click bait thumbnail, and strong marketing and subscription begging in the intro, my expectations were very low. I was pleasantly surprised. Thanks for sharing.

Really interesting watch. I think a lot about how online life is my escape lately; I've just grown exhausted by everything and while I do have some goals, I also just retreat online as I always do taking classes, doing Webinars, trying to work on my hobbies. My dream is to get off using so much dopamine-driven escape but I don't feel safe, I feel broken and just don't want to try with people who hurt you in person any more
