In the mouth, aimed slightly upwards, is almost guaranteed instant death

I would try that but a shotgun is so long it would be awkward to do that

You could probably set up a contraption that does it but like Nitromask said shotgun to the mouth is pretty successful so idk how worth it it would be to set up a contraption for a headshot.
