I'm losing my mind I don't trust myself or myself around anybody anymore, at all I keep getting violent thoughts towards myself and others I can't control i wanna cut myself I wanna die but sometimes I find myself thinking about hurting people my fucking goodness what's wrong with me why will nobody give me an answer oh my gosh
