If you could choose to ctb from any natural causes, witch one would you pick and why?

I would choose cardiac arrest in my sleep bc ctb in sleep is my dream way of ctb plus it maybe outch free and even if no pretty sure you go unconcious pretty quickly anyway.

Just not waking up anymore after falling asleep, there are many different reasons y this can happen. One is cardiac arrest another one pulmonary embolism there are others that can lead to a painless death while being asleep. Any of them r good if they happened to me while being asleep.
