Attempt at your own risk.

Antiemetics (Meto) are more important in the protocol than acid reducers (Tagamet).

I can't get an anti emetic without a prescription. And I can't get a prescription.

That doesn't change the facts. Some people survive without, some do not.

It mostly depends on how long you can go without vomiting. It appears most people do throw up at some point regardless of having taken antiemetics, but the longer it's in you, the more you'll absorb.

I have access to a firearm, but I *really* do not want to go out that way...

I might be able to score fentanyl. Let me see something.

Not sure what country you're in but I heard Olanzapine works as antiemetic, (someone correct me if I'm wrong) and I was naturally prescribed that by a doc for Bipolar Disorder. So maybe you can pretend to have a mental illness and ask for some meds(?)

(I am actually Borderline/Bipolar) but it may work and it is legal..so no chance of added LE paranoia. (As opposed to getting F.)
