Wouldn't trust giving out major info like this to someone on the forum as you may not know if there's any "bad apples". I hope you figure something out to pass it on successfully though..

If it gets sent from someone else's email you're inviting police to your door to ask "Why is this coming from you." Please think about the position your putting someone in.

If you want to ctb then that's your right and I stand by that! I think involving others can be traumatizing. I suggest sending a letter or a delayed email. If a person agrees to this you are placing them in a terrible situation, they can possibly be in trouble for not notifying someone. I wish you the best but please reconsider this.
