I'm tired of being the unhappy loser..I want to stop this type of concousness..this identity..some people don't realise that when unhappiness is persistent into adulthood it's unbearable to live normally..when you are young it's manageable because you have no responsibilities but you can't live in pain for years

So much ambition, so little accomplishment. This state of mind is unsustainable. I stopped climbing the ladder 15 years ago. I've done nothing, but I still feel superior deep down. And I'm a shut-in NEET.

This brain is definitely unsustainable..it doesn't know how to be safe and happy.. gotta let go of it before it causes me more pain..
