i want do a partial hanging with a belt. any advice?

so all i have is this stretchy belt. i dont have a spot yet. i already f'd up on a partial hanging years ago and i dont want that to happen again. so yea any advice would be helpful.

Tried this very same method, and (obviously) f'd up too. Don't show mercy on yourself. From my understanding, this method is easy to back out from, so tying your hands behind your back could be helpful. Go to CVS, get some zip ties. Make the belt as tight as possible and make sure gravity is doing most of the work. Good luck :)
